Birth order and watersports involvement

Abstract
The purpose of present study was to clarify the trend of watersports involvement of male adults belonging to Indian states i.e. Punajb, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and Jummu & Kashmir. Total samples of 50 participants from Indian states were taken for the present study. Data was collected to see the relation of birth order with water sports involvement of male adults. Arithmetic mean was used to an-alyzed the data and the results showed that birth order influence the male involvement in water sports. Later born were highly motivated by the family members to participate in water sports activities i.e. Swimming, Kayaking, Rowing, Surfing, Skiing and Canoeing. Whereas first born received more love, considerations and protection from elders.
